It's raining outside
I am snuggled up in a blanket in my cousins room
Isnt it supposed to be the middle of an Australian summer?
Where's the 50 degree dry heat?
I should be sweltering right now!
This isn't normal, I know the heat is too much to cope with sometimes but it's what I've grown up with and I love it :)

Something New

So when the new year starts (yes I'm still going on about the new year) your supposed to do new things.
You should always be trying new things though really, you'll never learn anything and will never get any experiences unless you go out and try something new.
What I did wasn't exactly new, just something I hadn't done before. That would be watching all the first 6 Harry Potter movies in a row, of course I've seen all the movies but I've never done it marathon style before! I was quite proud of myself :)
The books are amazing, I love reading them but whenever I do I find that a relate everything that happens in real life to something out of the books eg. when it's foggy "oh no, dementors are breeding" ><
And for that reason I try not to read them that often, haha :)
They're still good books if anyone wants to read them, so are the Chronicles of Narnia, but if you read them please read them all and in order, not just the ones made into movies as they are only numbers 2,4&5.
So we're talking about books now?

Resolutions

I hate that most people don't follow through with their new years resolutions, because it's like making an already broken promise, only, it's to yourself.
Personally I hate breaking promises :(
And your only letting yourself down when you don't follow through with it.
One of my new years resolutions this year is to clean my room, which I have already done, but now I have to keep it clean... Which probably won't happen then I'm going to get really annoyed at myself for letting it get so bad again. For a Virgo, I'm not very neat :)
I'm still a bit of a perfectionist though :)
Another resolution is probably to post on here more :)
I know that I say that now but I've already started to help myself keep my own word by figuring out how to use it on my iPod, which will make it a lot easier considering that I hardly get to go on our computer at home because dads always on it and doesn't like to give it up!
I really love iPod touches :) they help make life easier in a lot of ways.
My only issue with them is that you can't edit photos or videos on here which I love to do :)
Sure there are apps to turn them black and white and those other effects but that isn't what I mean.

2011 is another fresh start :) so let's try not to break our own promises.
